缅甸文艺会举办第十一届“一带一路”国际日祈福法会(中英双语)

       据新华社缅文平台报道：仰光当地时间2024年12月16日，缅甸联邦共和国旗下的缅甸文艺会在国家象征——仰光大金塔、仰光千佛塔等佛教圣地举办第十一届“一带一路”国际日“点亮万盏和平灯，祈愿世界和平”等诵经点灯祈福法会，本届法会是全球南方佛教国家庆祝第十一届“一带一路”国际日系列活动的重要组成部分，受到世界和平丝带组织纽约总部的高度重视，世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日基金会主席陈恩田专程抵达缅甸仰光表达祝贺。

According to Xinhua News Agency in Myanmar: On December 16, 2024 local time in Yangon, the Myanmar Art & Culture Association under the Republic of the Union of Myanmar held the 11th "Belt and Road" International Day "Light up 10,000 Peace Lanterns and Pray for World Peace" and other chanting and prayer ceremonies in Buddhist holy places such as the national symbol - Shwedagon Pagoda and Thousand Buddha Pagoda in Yangon. These activities are important parts of the series of activities of Buddhist countries in the Global South to celebrate the 11th Belt and Road International Day, and is highly valued by the New York headquarters of the World Peace Ribbon Organization. Chen Entian, Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization "Belt and Road" International Day Foundation, made a special trip to Yangon, Myanmar to express his congratulations.
 

 

       本届祈福法会分三大部分：第一部分组织近百位高僧大德在仰光千佛塔举行诵经祈福法会；第二部分组织广大民众围绕仰光千佛塔举行点灯祈福法会；第三部分组织广大民众围绕仰光大金塔举行“点亮万盏和平灯”祈福法会。法会开幕式由缅甸文艺会秘书长吴丹吞梭主持，缅甸佛教青年会主席吴耶通、缅甸国宝级艺术家吴索木、缅甸文艺会主席埃蒂莎杜等社团领袖、高僧大德、政府官员、佛教信众、民族代表等千余名人士出席了盛典。
 

This year's prayer ceremony is divided into three parts: the first part organizes nearly 100 eminent monks to hold a prayer and blessing ceremony at the Thousand Buddha Pagoda in Yangon; The second part is to organize the public to hold a lantern prayer ceremony around the Thousand Buddha Pagodas in Yangon; The third part organizes the public to hold a "Light up 10,000 Peace Lanterns" prayer ceremony around the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. The opening ceremony was presided over by U Than Thun Sou, secretary general of the Myanmar Art & Culture Association, and more than 1,000 people attended the ceremony, including U Yetong, chairman of the Myanmar Buddhist Youth Association, U Somu, a national treasure artist of Myanmar, and Aye Thinzar Thu, chairman of the Myanmar Art & Culture Association.
 

 

       缅甸文艺会主席埃蒂莎杜在致辞中表示：“一带一路”国际合作倡议是对古代丝绸之路的传承和延续，是造福沿线国家人民的重大合作举措，缅甸作为南方丝绸之路和佛缘丝绸之路的重要国家，作为中缅印度洋出海口国家，参与共建“一带一路”利国利民。因此，自2022年以来，缅甸文艺会在世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日基金会指导下，开始参与举办“一带一路”国际日民间文化活动。值得一提的是，缅甸美食“馍亨卡”已经被世界和平丝带组织确定为“一带一路”国际日推荐美食。
 

In her speech, the Chairman of the Myanmar Art & Culture Association(MACA), Aye Thinzar Thu, said: The Belt and Road Initiative for International Cooperation is the inheritance and continuation of the ancient Silk Road. It is a major cooperation measure for the benefit of the people of the countries along the Belt and Road. Myanmar, as an important country on the Southern Silk Road and the Buddha-Yuan Silk Road, and a China-Myanmar Indian Ocean estuary country, Myanmar's participation in the Belt and Road Initiative is beneficial to the country and the people. Therefore, since 2022, under the guidance of the World Peace Ribbon Organization Belt and Road International Day Foundation, the Myanmar Art & Culture Association has begun to participate in the "Belt and Road" International Day folk cultural activities. It is worth mentioning that the Myanmar delicacy "Manhengka" has been identified by the World Peace Ribbon Organization as a recommended food on the "Belt and Road" International Day.
 

 

       埃蒂莎杜还说：2024年12月16日迎来第十一届“一带一路”国际日暨全球南方“一带一路”迎新年活动开幕，全球南方国家民间社会积极响应，纷纷在寺庙、广场举办“点亮万盏和平灯、祈愿世界和平”的活动，由于缅甸地理位置特殊，是南方丝绸之路和佛缘丝绸之路中转国家，世界和平丝带组织高度重视。2024年缅甸及世界各地灾害频发，战乱不断，多少生命就此终结。缅甸文艺会决定在仰光千佛塔、仰光大金塔举行诵经点灯祈福法会，祈愿世界和平，生者幸福平安，逝者涅槃安息。

In 2024, wars and disasters have occurred frequently in Myanmar and around the world, and many lives have been ended. MACA decided to hold a prayer ceremony at the Thousand Buddha Pagoda and Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon to pray for world peace, happiness and peace for the living, and R.I.P for the deceased.
 

 

       缅甸文艺会副秘书长圣林通介绍了“一带一路”国际日情况，他说：“一带一路”国际日诞生于2013年12月16日，并于2015年12月16日正式向全球公布，这个国际民间节日是中共创始人陈独秀曾孙、国际七三学社前主席陈恩田，以及中国原总理周恩来翻译、联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸等1216名国际民间学者，响应“一带一路”国际合作倡议而发起，最终由世界和平丝带组织通过大会决议设立，得到了第八届联合国秘书长潘基文、联合国教科文组织前总干事博科娃等国际友人的关心支持。

This international folk festival was initiated by 1,216 international folk scholars, including Chen Entian, the great-grandson of Chen Duxiu, the founder of the Communist Party of China and the former chairman of the International 73 Society, as well as Ji Chaozhu, former interpreter for Premier Zhou Enlai of China and former UN Under-Secretary-General, in response to the "Belt and Road" international cooperation initiative, and was finally established by the World Peace Ribbon Organization through a resolution of the General Assembly. It has received the care and support of international friends such as Ban Ki-moon, the 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations, and Irina Bokova, the former Director-General of UNESCO.
 

 

       受世界和平丝带组织纽约总部委派，中共创始人陈独秀曾孙、“一带一路”国际日基金会主席、南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田亲临缅甸祝贺，并在仰光大金塔就第十一届“一带一路”国际日发表节日献辞，向全球宣布由“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）、圣诞节（12月25日）、元旦节（1月1日）、春节（正月初一）、元宵节（正月十五）共五大民间节日组成的第十一届“一带一路”迎新年活动在全球南方国家开幕。
 

Appointed by the World Peace Ribbon Organization Headquarters in New York, Chen Entian, great-grandson of the founder of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the Belt and Road International Day Foundation, and Chairman of the Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) visited Myanmar to extend congratulations and delivered a festive speech on the 11th Belt and Road International Day at Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. He announced to the world that the 11th Belt and Road New Year event have opened in the countries of the Global South. The event consists of five major folk festivals: the Belt and Road International Day (December 16), Christmas (December 25), New Year's Day (January 1), Spring Festival (the first day of the first month), and the Lantern Festival (the 15th day of the first month).
