GDToday brings international friends together to appreciate Chinese moon culture

Recently, GDToday cooperated with the LN Garden Hotel to host a mooncake-making workshop, bringing locals and expats together in Guangzhou to celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.

The workshop introduced the culture of the Mid-Autumn Festival, and Chef Huang Yongkang, a pastry master from LN Garden Hotel, explained the steps of mooncake-making in detail.
Over 20 participants took part in the workshop to make mooncakes filled with lotus seed paste and egg yolk. Many expats shared their homemade mooncakes and talked with their families and friends both locally and abroad.
